Don’t want your Hoppster account any more? You can delete it in the app in a minute – or by email if you no longer have the app.

1In the app

How it works.

iPhoneTap your profile picture at the top right, then “Delete account” under “Account”, and confirm.
AndroidTap your profile picture at the top right, then “Delete account” in the account sheet, and confirm.
Right awayYour account is gone immediately. The logbook on your phone stays – you can keep using Hoppster without an account.

2Without the app

Write to us from the email address of your account and tell us your username. We will delete your account within 30 days and let you know.

3What happens

Deleted immediatelyYour sign-in and email address; your profile with username, display name, “About me” and club; your logbook on our server with reports, photos and ticket details; trips and wish list; who you follow and who follows you; likes and comments; results from beta tests.
Kept without your nameYour reports about grounds and bugs. We remove your name and the technical details; the text stays without any link to you so that the correction remains traceable. After two years these are deleted as well.
After 35 daysBackup copies of our server – until then your data exists only in those backups.
Stays with youThe logbook on your phone and your own backups. If you delete the app, that is gone too.
